Web Event Rebroadcasts
Our annual "summer fun" week of CPE Web event rebroadcasts will be held from June 24th – June 28th. This is a great chance to catch a previous GAQC event that you or your staff missed. Use the table below to access registration information. If you are not interested in getting CPE, you can always access the no-CPE archives of GAQC Web events, including the annual required Webcast.

Other CPE Opportunities
AICPA Industry Conferences. The following AICPA industry conferences offer CPE on governmental and not-for-profit (NFP) auditing and accounting subjects, including Government Auditing Standards and single audits topics. GAQC members receive a $50 discount by using discount code "GAQC" when registering. Look for the GAQC exhibitor booth at these conferences and stop by to say hello. Note that these conferences have a virtual (online) participation option.
AICPA National Governmental Accounting and Auditing Update Conference (GAAC). This conference will be held in Washington, DC, on August 12 – 13, 2019. Register by June 28, 2019, to earn an early bird discount on top of your GAQC member discount.
AICPA National Governmental and Not-for-Profit Training Program. This conference will be held in Las Vegas, NV, on October 28 – 30, 2019. Register by September 13, 2019, to earn an early bird discount on top of your GAQC member discount.
Governmental and NFP Summary Web Page. The AICPA Store has also compiled a Web page titled, AICPA Governmental Guidance, Tools and Resources, which includes CPE opportunities, publications and conferences of interest to auditees and auditors of state and local governments and NFPs.
AICPA Volunteer Opportunities
If you are a partner in a firm or State Audit Organization leader and are interested in contributing to the profession and networking with your peers, consider applying to serve on the GAQC Executive Committee, the State and Local Government Expert Panel or various other AICPA Industry Expert Panels (e.g., the Not-for-Profit Entities Expert Panel, or the Health Care Entities Expert Panel). Applications are now being accepted for the next volunteer period (May 2020 - May 2021) and can be submitted until October 1, 2019. Access volunteer applications.
