About the AICPA Foundation, Inc.

The AICPA Foundation was established in 1922 to advance accounting as a learned profession and promoting its future through accounting education and outreach; scholarships and fellowships; and diversity and inclusion.

AICPA Foundation Board of Trustees: The Board of Trustees of the Foundation includes eleven trustees, one of whom currently serves on the AICPA Board of Directors. The Trustees include a president, a treasurer, and nine other members, including a representative of the Accounting Doctoral Scholars Advisory Group. The Board's secretary and assistant treasurer are AICPA staff members.
