Since its establishment in 1922, the vision of the AICPA Foundation has been to advance the science of accountancy and accounting education. Guided by a core ideology and principles, the Foundation is committed to supporting and growing the next generation of CPAs through three primary focuses.
A good education is the gateway to a successful and meaningful career.
Helping the best and brightest achieve their goals and become future CPA leaders.
Increasing the representation of minorities in the profession is key to continued cultural growth in the profession.
In Their Own Words

Being an AICPA scholar has encouraged me to be more than a student studying accounting. I have been able to make connections with other students and spread knowledge about the AICPA and the accounting profession. This pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me gain confidence when in front of large crowds. I am very grateful for scholarships like this, which not only help students financially but offer the opportunity for them to grow as people. Thank you!

Accounting is something you can get good at – not something you have to be born with. You can be a CPA and get those three letters behind your name no matter where you come from.

The scholarship package was very beneficial to better understand the process of getting the CPA license and in developing skills which are essential for having a great career as a qualified CPA. It was a great privilege to promote the CPA profession on behalf of the AICPA.
