The EBPAQC is again sponsoring the very popular annual 11-K audits webcast, which will be held Thursday, March 2, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

This webcast is specifically designed to assist member firms in preparing for employee benefit plan audits that file a form 11-K with the SEC. It will focus on practice issues facing firms in auditing these plans, including a brief overview of the 11-K filing requirements and PCAOB inspection process. It also will include roundtable discussions related to special considerations in the current environment.
