Register for the 2020 11-K Audits Webinar
The EBPAQC is again sponsoring the very popular annual 11-K Audits webinar, which will be held Monday, March 2, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

This webinar is specifically designed to assist member firms in preparing for employee benefit plan audits that file a form 11-K with the SEC. It will focus on practice issues facing firms in auditing these plans. It also will help participants understand and prepare for a PCAOB inspection by providing an overview of the inspection process and roundtable discussions related to recent inspections.
Discussion topics will include:
- Basic 11-K reporting, filing, and audit requirements
- Accounting, reporting, and audit requirements relevant to 11-K plans
- Common EBP reporting and auditing matters with unique issues
- Overview of the PCAOB inspection process
- A roundtable discussion of what to expect from and how to prepare for a PCAOB inspection
