AICPA Foundation Two-year Transfer Scholarship Award

Scholarship Overview: AICPA Foundation Two-Year Transfer award provides financial assistance to students looking to transfer from a two-year college to a four-year institution to complete their degree in accounting or an accounting-related field.

Background: The AICPA Foundation Two-Year Transfer award was established in 2013 to recognize the diverse paths students take to become CPA professionals. Funding for this award is provided by the AICPA Foundation.

Award Amount: $5,000 per recipient for one year.  Payments are sent directly to the school for credit to the account of the student.  This scholarship is a non-renewable award.

Number of Recipients: Up to 25 students per academic year

Application Process: Applications for the AICPA Foundation Two-Year Transfer Scholarship Award become available on December 1st and close on March 1st. For application details, click here.

Selection Process: A scholarship selection task force will review all qualified applications and select up to five scholarship recipients based on academic achievement, leadership and future career interests in accounting. All applicants will be notified by email of the final selection by August 1.
