Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Mr. McGriff’s AICPA membership was terminated effective March 18, 2024. This action is based on the disciplinary action taken by the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy. Details regarding the Board’s disciplinary action can be found on the state board’s website.
