Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Ms. Jensen’s AICPA membership was terminated, effective December 19, 2023. This action is based on the disciplinary action taken by the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR). Details regarding the OPR’s disciplinary action can be found on the IRS website.
