International Firm Subscription
The CAQ is a voluntary membership organization that supports firms that audit or are interested in auditing public companies. Learn more about the CAQ and its objectives and primary activities.
In response to interest expressed by several international firms and in the public interest, the CAQ offers subscriptions to international firms. An International Firm Subscription makes a powerful statement about your firm's commitment to public company audit quality, particularly in the U.S. marketplace.
The CAQ offers the following:
- Representation of firms' views before policymakers and regulatory bodies.
- A single point of access to the latest developments in public company auditing rules and regulations.
- Periodic updates on current issues through webcasts and other events.

International firms interested in subscribing can do so by completing an International Firm Subscription application and paying an annual fee. Firms will automatically be enrolled in each subsequent year unless the CAQ is informed of the firm's decision to cancel its subscription.
The International Firm Subscription fee is $1,000 per year. Fees are not subject to refund in whole or in part at any time including in the circumstance of: (a) a merger, consolidation, or other combination of two or more firms; or (b) resignation, termination, or dissolution if a firm has enjoyed a subscription for any part of the year for which the fee applies.
