Virtual and flexible arrangements are not a good fit for all employees. Ignoring key personality and work style preferences of new candidates or transitioning employees puts the success of any virtual and flexible employee at risk. The onboarding of newly hired virtual and flexible employees or transitioning of current employees is greatly enhanced by understanding candidates’ strengths and weaknesses on key virtual and flexible work skills and attributes.
