Resume review - In reviewing the resume, you are looking for evidence that a person has the background, skills, educational qualifications and experience that match your role description.
Behavioral based interviews - The employment interview plays a very important role in the selection process. To be effective, the interview must be structured, and the questions targeted.
Personality assessments - Personal style or personality tests can provide useful information which can be used in working out how to best work with a person, how they like to be managed, team styles etc.
Background investigations - Background investigations allow firms to confirm the information received from the candidate on the resume and/or application.
